Umm, nope none of the above. Selling what I sell is completely legal. A correction though, I don’t sell branded name perfumes; I sell perfumes that are inspired from the branded names. I use the brand name perfumes for comparative marketing, which is totally legal. If you are in the law field, you should know this already, and if you aren’t but are interested in the subject I would refer to US court case some half a century ago: R. G. There is a flourishing industry with body oils or perfume oils. Lots of other sellers are doing this, online, offline.
